Lump Sum
Lump Sum Marine insurance is the easiest and most comprehensive, without your having to list and evaluate everything in your shipment, and the rate is 25% less expensive than the alternative. Lump Sum is “all risk” (covering damage or loss) for your entire shipment at $12/lb . List only a) contents and values of goods you pack yourself and b) items or groups of items valued above $3000
Valued Inventory List
List your goods with replacement values at destination. Values you list are the maximum recoverable amount. Not listed= Not insured.
